Easter Meet 14th – 19th April
Just to keep everyone up to date; Easter 2022 The Simon de Montfort School, Evesham (14th 19th April) Follow On Meet at Brailes (19th to 24th April)By the time you read this item I with some of my team will have visited the school again to check mostly on space, water and sinks and power points. I have members who have changed their style of workshop and either need these things so I will be looking for other rooms or don’t need them which releases them for someone else. We do have a Catering Coordinator, Stan Penman and a Deputy, Jeff Elmes now but I would like to ask all areas to consider what used to happen when I first attended Easter Meets and that is that each area took over manning the stations for a day. Maybe Chairmen could ask at their next meet if this is possible. We are envisaging just two stations and it would involve morning, afternoon and evening tea breaks. Please email me for flyers to print off advertising the Meet. I will be at the Autumn Gather with all my timetables etc and would welcome meeting up with anyone who fancies helping in any capacity. I feel I have to just add for those members who usually do workshops that if you have not replied to my emails and texts I have to assume that you are unable to commit to running your workshops or bands.
